FRESIA was established in Millesimo in 1923

As the years passed, Mr Giovanbattista Fresia realized that it was extremely important to maintain the vehicles and set up a complete workshop.
After the devastation of World War II, where Torino, the Automotive capital of Italy, had suffered major damage, it was extremely difficult to obtain parts to maintain his fleet of trucks so Mr. Fresia started producing his own.

In the late 60's, when the first 747's were to arrive on the market, Alitalia commissioned fresia, who had developed a reputation for building rugged heavy duty equipment, to build their first Aircraft Push-Back.
